NATS (Air Transfer)
This is out mold decoration (OMD) using vacuum pressure air.
NATS (air transfer) refers to a three-dimensional decoration technology that allows for the wrinkle-free application of pre-printed films (transfer films or laminate films) onto products with three-dimensional shapes (such as plastic, metal, and glass) by adding heated steam (super steam) to vacuum or pressure techniques in post-processing. This technology has established stable production. There are various names for three-dimensional decoration technology, but OMD (Out Mold Decoration) is the general term, which is further divided into OMR (Out Mold Release: transfer) and OML (Out Mold Laminate: laminate). In recent years, as global efforts towards carbon neutrality have progressed, there has been increasing attention on the transition from wet methods to dry methods (OMD technology).
